Kushaagra Nandan Steps Down as CEO of SunSource Energy

Nandan, alongside Co-Founder Adarsh Das, founded SunSource Energy in 2010, marking a transformative period in the Indian solar energy landscape.

In a heartfelt announcement, Kushaagra Nandan, Co-Founder, Managing Director, and CEO at SunSource Energy, shared the next chapter of his entrepreneurial journey after an incredible 14-year stint with the company.

Nandan, alongside Co-Founder Adarsh Das, founded SunSource Energy in 2010, marking a transformative period in the Indian solar energy landscape.

Reflecting on the journey, Nandan expressed excitement about the next phase of his entrepreneurial adventure. Leaving his role as MD and CEO of SunSource, he described the decision as bittersweet, proud of the achievements and confident in the capable hands of the extraordinary team that has been instrumental in SunSource's growth.

Nandan will remain in an operative role until mid-Feb’24, following which he will continue to contribute to SunSource as a non-Executive Board Member.

He emphasized the special place SunSource holds in his heart and acknowledged the significant milestone when SHV Group, a European energy major, invested in the company three years ago, leading to SunSource becoming a 100 percent subsidiary of SHV Energy.

Underlining the seamless integration with SHV, Nandan commended the expanded leadership team, fortified systems, and aligned strategies that position SunSource for continued success.

Expressing gratitude to the SunSource team for their dedication and hard work, he conveyed his inability to fully express the depth of his gratitude for their contributions, stating, "Remember, the best is yet to come!"

Nandan extended his thanks to clients, partners, and family who stood by SunSource through thick and thin, acknowledging their invaluable contributions to the company's journey.
