KPI Green Energy Secures Orders for 26.15 MW Solar Power Projects

These projects will be developed by Sun Drops Energia, a wholly-owned subsidiary of KPI Green Energy.

KPI Green Energy has announced that it has received orders for 20 solar power projects from various clients, with an aggregate order size of 26.15 MW. 

These projects will be developed by Sun Drops Energia, a wholly-owned subsidiary of KPI Green Energy, according to the terms outlined in the contracts. This information was disclosed in an exchange filing by the company.

The projects have been awarded by companies from the textile industry. Notable names among these clients include M/s Narmada Textile, M/s Swastik Textiles, M/s Paladiya Textile, M/s RadheShree Textiles, and M/s RadheShree Silk Mills, among others.

These projects are slated for completion during the financial year 2024-25 and will be executed in various tranches as per the terms of the order. 

The company in its Q4 results for 2024, reported a nearly 36 percent rise in consolidated net profit to INR 43.04 crore in the March quarter, driven primarily by higher revenues. The company's consolidated net profit was INR 31.77 crore in the same period last year. Additionally, the company's total revenue increased to INR 292.96 crore during the quarter, up from INR 184.41 crore a year ago.

KPI Green Energy is the renewable vertical of KP Group, focused on providing renewable power through different Business verticals. The Company develops, builds, owns, operates, and maintains renewable power plants.
