KP Green Engineering Ltd. has debuted on the SME platform of the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), with a bell-ringing ceremony held at the Surat International Exhibition and Convention Centre.

Dr. Faruk G. Patel, CMD KP Group, and Moinul Kadva, Director, KP Green Engineering, ceremoniously initiated trading, signaling the commencement of a new chapter for the company.

The listing ceremony witnessed an impressive surge in the company's share price, highlighting investor confidence in KP Green Engineering. Debuting at a price for INR 200 as against the offer price of 144, the shares saw a premium of 39 percent over the issue price. Notably, the company's shares immediately hit the upper circuit, with transactions exceeding 1 crore shares—an exceptional achievement in the history of SME IPOs.

KP Group, renowned for its leadership in the renewable energy sector, now proudly boasts three listed companies on the BSE platform.
