KKR Energy to Outlay Worth USD 250 Million Additional in Serentica Renewables

Renewable energy solutions provider Serentica Renewables has secured an additional investment of USD 250 million from global investment firm KKR.
Serentica Renewables has inked definitive purchase agreements under which major global investment firm KKR will outlay a supplementary USD 250 million in the company.
With this initiation, the company is preparing to install 4000MW of renewable energy capacity that will assist clean energy delivery to huge-scale industrial customers.
Presently, it is in the ongoing method of progressing solar and wind power projects across Karnataka, Rajasthan, and Maharashtra.
These projects once commenced will deliver 9 billion units of green energy annually, utilising the inter-state transmission network, by that means decarbonising a great portion of the electricity consumption of the big-scale industrial customers.
Serentica Renewables strategic association with a partner like KKR. Serentica's objective is to deliver over 40 billion units of clean energy yearly in the medium term and release 50 million tonnes of CO2 emissions.
