Jodhpur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd. (JDVVNL) has invited Expression of Interest (EOI) for setting up 43.75 MW of grid-connected solar power plants through RESCO mode under PM-KUSUM Scheme Component A.
The scope of work includes design, survey, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, operation and maintenance for 25 years from COD of grid-connected solar power plants through RESCO mode, its associated 11 kV line to connect the plant with various 33/11 kV sub-stations and remote monitoring system (RMS) of solar power plants.
The EOI is for setting up decentralised solar power plants of 0.5 MW to 2 MW capacity to be connected on 33/11 kV sub-stations identified by JDVVNL.
The electricity produced under the said scheme will be purchased by JDVVNL. Power purchase agreements (PPA) will be signed with RUVITL (on behalf of JDVVNL) at the levelized cost of INR 3.04/kWh for the period of 25 years.
The estimated cost of the project is INR 3.5 crore/MW.
Bidders need to pay INR 5,000/MW (inclusive of GST) as a cost for the tender document. They further need to pay INR 2,950 (inclusive of GST) as e-procurement processing fees. Bidders also need to furnish INR 1 lakh/MW as an earnest money deposit (EMD).
The last date for submission of bids is January 22, 2025. The techno-commercial bids will be opened on January 24, 2025.
The bidder under the scheme would be installed by the farmers on his own land either directly by himself or in partnership with a group of farmers, cooperatives, panchayats, farmer producer organisations (FPO), water user associations (WUA), or through a developer.
The EOI document further clarified that a group of farmers, cooperatives, panchayats, FPOs and WUAs can opt for developing the solar plants through developer(s).
