Jakson Green has announced a significant milestone by securing a 40 MW solar engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) project in Ayodhya, India.
This project, awarded by NTPC Green Energy Ltd., will be situated along the banks of the picturesque Saryu River. Its primary objective is to cater to the region's burgeoning energy requirements with clean and sustainable solar power.
Upon completion, the facility expected to be nearly three times the size of a standard international cricket stadium. The project's anticipated annual power generation of 87 million units will be seamlessly integrated into the grid, effectively addressing Ayodhya city's ever-increasing power needs.
Furthermore, this solar venture is poised to make a substantial environmental impact by offsetting over 300,000 tons of carbon dioxide emissions annually, equivalent to removing 54,027 gasoline-powered cars from the roads.
Jakson Green's successful bid for this project underscores the company's commitment to advancing India's renewable energy landscape and contributing to a cleaner, more sustainable future.
