Jakson Green, NTPC Commence Work on World's Largest Green Hydrogen Fueling Station

The station is designed to generate 260 kg of green hydrogen daily at 500 bar pressure.

Jakson Green and NTPC Limited have jointly initiated the construction of the world's largest integrated renewable hydrogen fueling station powered by solar, wind and BESS (micro grid); for urban mobility in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

The groundbreaking ceremony, graced by distinguished guests including Rajiv Gupta (CEO-NTPC REL), Mohit Bhargava (ED-NTPC RE, CEO-NGEL), Satish Upadhyay (ED-Biomass RE), Shaswattam (ED-NETRA), DMR Panda (GM, NTPC), Soumya Kanti Chowdhuri (GM, NTPC RE), and senior officials from both companies, marks a significant milestone in Jakson Green's ambitious mission to pave the way for a cleaner future with green hydrogen.

This groundbreaking facility is set to be a pioneer in sustainable mobility, utilizing a hybrid renewable energy plant and cutting-edge hydrogen purification technology. The station is designed to generate 260 kg of green hydrogen daily at 500 bar pressure. It will also fuel up to five intercity Fuel Cell Electric Vehicle (FCEV) buses, connecting to Indian Heritage stations in Agra and Jaipur.
