IOCL Seeks Technical Consultants for Renewable Energy Projects Across India
Bidders interested in the project must have prior experience in providing project management consultancy services for at least 50 MW of wind and solar projects in the last seven years.

Indian Oil Corporation (IOCL) has initiated the process of inviting bids from technical consultants to provide project management consultancy services for setting up renewable energy projects at various locations across India.
The contract period is slated for three years, with an estimated value of INR 19.86 crores, and bids must be submitted by May 21, 2024, with bids opening on the same day.
The execution of these renewable energy projects will be conducted in a packaged lump sum turnkey format, engaging multiple agencies for different components. The selected consultant will play a crucial role in various aspects of project management, including preparing capacity sizing and tender documents, assisting in tender finalization, and selecting contractors.
The consultant will oversee project management office tasks such as reviewing and approving drawings, documents, and data sheets, as well as supervising site operations, construction monitoring, and overseeing project mechanical completion and commissioning. They will also be responsible for operations and maintenance during the defect liability period.
Bidders interested in the project must have prior experience in providing project management consultancy services for at least 50 MW of wind and solar projects in the last seven years. This includes expertise in preparing detailed feasibility reports, design, and engineering, or reviewing design and engineering for project developers.
To qualify for bidding, interested parties must demonstrate a minimum annual turnover of INR 3.8 crores in any of the last five financial years.
