Indian Oil Tenders for 350 KW Solar PV Project in Haryana

State-owned energy major Indian Oil Corporation Ltd (IOCL) has floated a tender inviting bids from eligible bidders for setting up of 350 KWp captive solar photovoltaic (PV) project on Lump-sum turn-key (LSTK) basis at its LPG Bottling Plant in Gurugram, Haryana.

The earnest money deposited (EMD) for the tender is fixed at Rs 1,61,400 and the bid will be valid for 4 months from the last date of bid submission.

The scope of work is divided into Part-A and Part-B, Part-A includes – Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC), inclusive-of 1-year comprehensive Operation & Maintenance (O&M), of 350 KWp, on-grid, ground (300 KWp) & roof mounted (50 KWp) captive solar PV (SPV) plant on turnkey basis on the premises of IOCL’s LPG Bottling Plant in Gurugram. Also, Part-A is scheduled to be completed in 16 months (4 months for project commissioning + 12 months of inclusive O&M) from the date of site handling over (SHO).

Additionally, Part-B includes Operation & Maintenance (O&M) of solar plant for a further period of 4 years from the date of completion of work mentioned above. The time period for completion of Part-B is estimated 48 months from the date of completion of Part-A.

Currently, the tender document can be downloaded by interested bidders, however, the last date for submission of bids is August 17, 2020, till 3:00 p.m. Whereas, the techno commercial bids will be opened at Delhi SO on August 18, 2020, at 3:00 p.m.

The bid is valid for 120 days and the period of work will also be 120 days. Also, the pre-bid meeting is fixed on August 06, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. at Indane LPG Bottling Plant Gurugram Village Naya Gaon PO Badshahpur Gurugram Haryana.

In order to participate in the e-tendering process, user-id will be issued to bidder by e-Procurement administrator. Also, IOCL has directed interested bidders to download the bidding document in his own name and submit the bid directly, as the bidding document is non-transferable.
