Indian Oil Invites Bids for Maintaining 1.15 MW Solar Projects in Assam
Indian Oil Corporation has invited bids for the annual maintenance of solar power plants totalling 1,150 kW at its AOD Digboi Refinery in Assam. Bid submission ends on April 22, 2025.

Indian Oil Corporation (IOCL) has floated a tender for the comprehensive annual maintenance of 1,000 kW, 100 kW and 50 kW solar power plants at AOD Digboi Refinery in Assam.
The scope of work includes operating and maintaining solar panels, conducting weekly string current measurements, cleaning solar modules every two weeks, and maintaining the supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system. Selected bidders will also be responsible for ensuring worker safety and compliance with all safety regulations.
The duration of contract will be for a period of 24 months with provision of extension for one year.
Bidders are required to submit a bid security declaration and provide a security deposit amounting to 10 percent of the total contract value.
The last date for submission of bids is April 22, 2025. The techno-commercial bids will be opened on April 24, 2025.
Bidders must have executed three similar works each costing not less than INR 2.27 lakh or two completed works each costing not less than INR 3.03 lakh or one completed work costing not less than INR 3.79 lakh in the last seven years. Here similar nature work means supply, installation, testing and commissioning and maintenance of solar photo voltaic system.
As for financial eligibility, the bidder must possess a minimum annual turnover of INR 4.55 lakh during any of the three preceding financial years.
