INA Solar Inks INR 10000 Cr MoU at Rising Rajasthan Global Pre-Investment Energy Summit 2024
Insolation Green Energy, a subsidiary of Insolation Energy Ltd. (INA Solar), has signed an MoU with the Rajasthan government, committing INR 10,000 crore to renewable energy projects, including solar power generation, rooftop solutions, and solar parks during the Rising Rajasthan Global Pre-Investment Energy Summit 2024.

Insolation Green Energy Pvt. Ltd., a subsidiary of solar panel manufacturers Insolation Energy Ltd. (INA Solar), has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Rajasthan. The INR 10,000 crore investment commitment was made during the Rising Rajasthan Global Pre-Investment Energy Summit 2024.
The MoU was signed in the presence of the state’s Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma, Energy Minister Hiralal Nagar, Chief Secretary Sudhanshu Pant, Principal Secretary Alok Gupta, Additional Secretary Alok, Chairman of Discom Aarti Dogra, and Managing Director of RRECL Om Kasera.
Speaking on the occasion, INA Solar Chairman Manish Gupta stated, “This MoU marks a major milestone for INA Solar as we strengthen our commitment to renewable energy. The investment will focus on sectors like solar power generation (IPP), rooftop solar solutions, component manufacturing, and the establishment of solar parks in Rajasthan, creating over 3,000 jobs in the region.”
The company’s Managing Director Vikas Jain asserted that since its inception in 2017, INA Solar has been at the forefront of solar panel manufacturing in Rajasthan, contributing significantly to India’s green energy goals. “Our solar panels are recognised by IEC, ALMM, and BIS standards and are integral to key national projects such as the Jal Jeevan Mission, Kusum A/B/C, BSNL, and Pradhan Mantri Surya Ghar Yojana,” he added.
