INA Solar Awarded 'Best Employer 2024' by Employers Association of Rajasthan

Rajasthan-based solar panel manufacturer Insolation Energy Ltd. (INA Solar) has been honoured with the Best Employer (All-Rounder Performer) 2024 Award by the Employers Association of Rajasthan.

Rajasthan-based solar panel manufacturer Insolation Energy Ltd. (INA Solar) has been awarded the Best Employer (All-Rounder Performer) 2024 Award by the Employers Association of Rajasthan.

This award was given to the company's Chairman Manish Gupta by Diya Kumari, Deputy Chief Minister, Government of Rajasthan and Krishna Kumar Bishnoi, Minister of Industry and Commerce, Government of Rajasthan and Dr. Shyam Agarwal, State Convenor, Economic Cell, BJP Rajasthan.

The company’s Chairman Manish Gupta and Managing Director Vikas Jain expressed their gratitude to the Insolation family for this award.

Gupta stated that Insolation Energy Limited has been operating Rajasthan's largest solar panel manufacturing facility since 2017, contributing to the country's green energy goals.

He further added, “Today, INA Solar is playing a key role in energy security by aligning with the nation's Make in India policy, promoting green energy not only in Rajasthan but across the entire country.”

Jain remarked that INA solar panels are recognised by prominent national and international standards such as IEC, ALMM, and BIS.

“The company is actively promoting ‘Make in India’ mission and supports various government-led solar initiatives, including the Jal Jeevan Mission, Kusum Scheme (A/B/C), BSNL projects, and the Pradhan Mantri Surya Ghar Yojana,” he added.

Recently, INA Solar signed an MoU with the Rajasthan government, committing INR 10,000 crore to renewable energy projects, including solar power generation, rooftop solutions, and solar parks.

INA Solar is also embarking on an expansion plan to meet India's growing renewable energy needs. The company's upcoming 3 GW solar module manufacturing facility in Jaipur will soon elevate INA to one of the largest solar panel manufacturers in the country, with a total module capacity of 4 GW expected to be operational by March 2025.

Additionally, the company is also setting up a 12,000 MT aluminium frame manufacturing unit, aligning with its commitment to innovation and sustainability. Looking further ahead, by March 2026, INA Solar plans to launch a cutting-edge 1.5 GW solar cell manufacturing facility, consolidating its position as a dominant force in India's green energy revolution.

INA Solar recently announced its half-yearly financial results, showcasing a remarkable performance across key metrics. The company's revenue surged to INR 612.69 crore from INR 280.06 crore in the same period last year, reflecting a robust growth of 118.77 percent.
