Gautam Solar has announced the filing of a patent design registration for its innovative packaging pallet. This new design is aimed at improving the efficiency and safety of solar panel storage and transportation, a critical concern for large-scale solar power projects.

The newly designed pallet is specifically suited for Gautam Solar’s 144 cell Mono PERC & TOPCon solar panels. It features a robust wooden base separator that secures each panel, minimizing the risk of damage during transit. This innovative packaging solution is optimized for canter trucks, ensuring efficient space utilization and facilitating easy loading and unloading.

“We are excited to take this important step towards securing our innovative pallet design,” stated Gautam Mohanka, CEO of Gautam Solar. “Solar panel breakage and the formation of micro-cracks during transportation are serious issues. These problems, often caused by potholes and road bumps, not only require manufacturers to supply replacement panels but also lead to project delays for developers. Our team has developed a solution that addresses these challenges, enhancing the efficiency and safety of solar panel logistics.”

The pallet’s compact and sturdy construction protects panels from physical damage and absorbs shocks, significantly reducing the need for replacements. This design is expected to set a new industry standard, providing a reliable and convenient solution for the transportation of solar panels.

Using state-of-the-art machinery and technology, Gautam Solar produces technically superior and innovative solar modules, reinforcing its position as a leader in the renewable energy sector. as per the firm.

Gautam Solar’s commitment to innovation is underscored by this patent filing. The company, known for its focus on research and development, holds multiple patents and intellectual properties. With over 27 years of experience, Gautam Solar operates four factories in India, with plans to expand its solar module capacity to 2.5 GWp this year and to 5 GWp by FY2025-26.
