Envision Energy India Achieves 'CII Performance Excellence Award 2024'
Envision Energy India has been awarded 'CII Performance Excellence Award 2024 for Leadership in Performance under Wind Category.'

The award presented to the Sprng Khageshree Wind Farm, a 197.5 MW project (Sprng), marks a remarkable milestone as the wind farm secured its fourth accolade in just over five years of operation.
The Leadership in Performance Award was based on evaluation by CII’s 4-member judges panel, representing eminent leaders of Indian Wind Energy. Envision’s Khageshree Wind Farm was shortlisted from twenty nominations and is a testimony of EN131/2.5MW Turbine robust performance for last 5 years.
The recognition is a celebration of unwavering focus of delivering consistent and reliable performance and maintaining an impressive average resource availability of 98.1 percent. Envision has kept laser focus on plant optimization to enhance yield and ensure operational reliability.
In 2021, Envision launched their EN156/3.3MW turbine platform that offers better LCOE (levelized cost of energy), higher AEP (annual energy production) & works across different wind conditions. Encouraged by the new turbine performance, customers continue to place their trust in new platform leading to 4.4 GW order book in CY2024 from reputed IPP customers including repeat orders.
The company has installed 2GW and plans to commission ~1.5GW by March 2025, thereby majorly contributing to India’s wind energy installed capacity in 2024-25.
Continuing its relentless pursuit of technological advancements, Envision announced its new EN182/5MW platform at GWEC WindEnergy Hamburg in Sept. 2024. This new platform enhances AEP by over 40% from its current EN 156/3.3MW platform, providing significant benefits for customers. This platform, featuring a larger swept area and 98% machine uptime in high wind speeds, will start deliveries from 2026 Q1.
