Enlog, a Delhi-based startup specialising in AI-powered energy management and IoT solutions, has received INR 1.75 crore in equity funding.

The funding round was led by Vinners, a leading Angel Investor Group. The raised capital will be instrumental in expanding Enlog's operations and accelerating its growth in India's energy management sector.

Since its inception in 2019, Enlog has been at the forefront of addressing India's growing need for sustainable energy practices. With a unique combination of IoT hardware and AI software, Enlog's solutions automate and optimise energy consumption, helping businesses across sectors reduce their electricity usage and carbon footprint.

The startup is changing the behaviour of using electricity for businesses and individuals. To date, the company has successfully managed 11,300 MWh of electricity and mitigated over 2,000 tons of carbon emissions, contributing to a global drive toward sustainability.

Bharath Rankawat, Co-Founder and CEO of Enlog commented, “Our mission at Enlog is to revolutionise energy management in India by leveraging advanced AI and IoT technologies. This funding will allow us to further develop our innovative solutions, expand our market presence, and continue making a meaningful impact on both cost efficiency and environmental sustainability.”

Ramki Ravulapalli, Lead Investor on behalf of Vinners, said, “Enlog is redefining energy management technology through data-driven IoT and AI solutions for energy saving, aligning perfectly with Vinners’ focus on transformative and high-impact technologies. We’re excited to support Enlog as a major investor as they drive radical change in India’s energy management landscape, bringing substantial value to their customers, supporting India’s energy security efforts, and setting new sustainability standards.”

Enlog's growth has been rapid, with the company now projecting revenues of INR 12 crore for 2024. By 2025, Enlog aims to triple this figure, reaching INR 40-45 crore in annual revenue. The company's expansion into key Indian metro cities—Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, and Indore—is a core part of this growth strategy. These cities, with their extensive base of PG properties and mid-range hotels, represent significant untapped markets for Enlog’s energy management solutions.

In the past year, Enlog has successfully partnered with over 750 PG properties and 35 hotels in Delhi NCR, including notable brands such as Bloom Hotel and Yourspace. The company’s AI-driven solutions have delivered impressive results, with electricity consumption reduced by up to 23 percent for their clients. These savings are not only reducing operational costs for businesses but also contributing to longer appliance life cycles and lowering overall energy waste.

Looking ahead, Enlog is investing heavily in research and development, with a focus on creating next-generation technology centred around edge computing and advanced chips for electricity optimization.

By continuously innovating, Enlog aims to ensure that sustainability remains at the core of its offerings, making it an essential partner for businesses aiming to meet environmental, social, and governance (ESG) standards.

Enlog has set an ambitious goal to reduce one million tons of carbon emissions by 2027, positioning itself as a key player in India’s climate tech revolution. By fostering partnerships with industries that have a high demand for energy management, such as hospitality and co-living, Enlog is working to drive both profitability and sustainability in tandem.
