EnfraGen Acquires 188 MW Six Renewable Operating Assets in Panama and Costa Rica from Celsia
EnfraGen LLC owned by Glenfarne Energy Transition announced that they have signed an agreement to acquire six assets in the Panama and Costa Rica with a combined capacity of 188 megawatts of renewable energy from Grupo Argos' subsidiary Celsia SA.

The transaction includes the acquisition of EnfraGen's first wind and Costa Rican asset.

Upon closing of the transaction, EnfraGen's operating and under construction assets will total more than 2.1 GW of capacity in Chile, Panama, Colombia and Costa Rica, with corporate offices located in Houston and New York, USA.
EnfraGen most recently acquired four run-of-river hydro assets in southern Chile, totaling 13.6 MW.
