Dutch Firm Discusses with Punjab Minister to Invest in Waste and Renewable Energy Sectors
The minister offered NexusNovus to invest in Punjab and the state has large potential for agriculture residue-based Compressed Biogas (CBG) projects.

NexusNovus offers to invest in Punjab and the firm has also further plan to establish an integrated stable management centre at Kempegowda International Airport in Bengaluru.
The Netherlands-headquartered company NexusNovus’ Managing Director Rutger De Brujin discussed with Punjab New and Renewable Energy Sources Minister Aman Arora.
The meeting’s agenda is about end-to-end solutions for infrastructure requirements in the waste, water, and renewable energy sectors in the state.
The minister offered NexusNovus to invest in Punjab and the state has large potential for agriculture residue-based Compressed Biogas (CBG) projects.
Asia's biggest paddy straw and other agro-residue based CBG project of an overall potential of 33.23 ton CBG regularly has been functional in Sangrur district and 42 supplementary CBG plants have been allocated by Punjab Energy Development Agency (PEDA).
There are line up of four more projects with overall capacity 52.25 TPD are expected to get operational in the subsequent four-five months.
The company has claimed that no waste is being transmitted to landfills and they are functioning with the target to decarbonize the world by the way of sustainable and innovative energy projects.
