DhaSh PV Technologies Announces Mega Solar Manufacturing Plant in Karnataka

Dhash PV Technologies Ltd. has launched a project worth INR 346.35 crore at Sira Industrial Estate in Tumkur, Karnataka, setting the stage for a new era of renewable energy in India.
The project calls for constructing a state-of-the-art facility ready to manufacture 50 GW of solar PV assembly boxes with backward integration of 1,000 km per day solar DC cables and fully indigenous diodes. This initiative underlines the company’s vision to not only develop India in renewable energy but also to significantly increase employment and economic growth in the region.
Manjunath N. Reddy, Founder of DhaSh Group, spoke about the transformation the project has achieved at the groundbreaking ceremony. Reddy’s vision extends beyond solar; It aims to create huge employment opportunities in Karnataka and beyond and spur economic growth. "We aim to create more than 2,500 jobs, strengthen local economies, and train skilled and semi-skilled workers to take India to the competitive edge in renewable energy," Reddy said.
The new plant is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment to ensure the production of quality solar PV junction boxes, cables, and diodes as per international standards. The project also aligns with the government’s vision of Har Ghar Solar vision and Make in India.
This capital investment represents the upgrade in India’s solar power infrastructure and positions Dhash PV Technologies as a leading player in the global renewable energy market.
