CREDA Blacklists 3 System Integrators on Submitting Forged Solar Pumps’ Test Reports

In a bid to take strict action on submitting forged test reports of solar irrigation pumps against a tender, Chhattisgarh State Renewable Energy Development Agency (CREDA) has blacklisted three system integrators namely Pearl Enterprises, Soyo Energies and Soyo System, for five years.

The move came after the state nodal agency, in a cross-verification, found that the three system integrators have violated the tender terms & conditions and submitted forged test reports of 3 HP & 5 HP AC & DC Solar Submersible Pumps and Controller of Hi Physix Laboratory India Pvt Ltd.

These test reports have been submitted as minimum eligibility criteria against a technical bid for Saur Sujala Yojana Phase – VI tender issued by the State Designated Agency, CREDA.

Submission of the false, fake and forged documents is a breach of trust and a violation of the tender terms & conditions.

Thus, CREDA has disqualified these system integrators from this tender and debarred/ blacklisted for five years, with immediate effect, from participation in any of its projects and tenders in any capacity whatsoever.

Earlier in May 2021, CREDA had invited sealed tender for Standardisation of Rates for Survey, design, supply, installation and commissioning of Solar Photovoltaic Irrigation pumps with five years COMC, onsite warrantee & Insurance for anywhere in the State of Chhattisgarh from the registered company with a manufacturing facility in India and System integrators for SPV Module/Pump set/Controller with 3 years track record in SPV irrigation pumping systems.
