Chandigarh's Department of Science and Technology Issues Tender for 4000kWp Canal Top Solar Power Plant

The Department of Science and Technology in Chandigarh has issued a tender for the design, manufacture, supply, erection, testing, commissioning, and maintenance for a 4000kWp Canal Top SPV Power Plant.

The project aims to generate clean energy while also saving land and water. The high power evacuation on HT Side at Patiala Ki Rao behind Botanical Garden Sarangpur Chandigarh will provide ample electricity for the city.

The tender value for the project is estimated at ₹25,61,00,000, and the period of work for the project is set at 180 days, with a bid validity of 90 days. The location of the project is Patiala Ki Rao Chandigarh, with a pin code of 160019.

The project is categorized as a Solar Power Plant and sub-categorized as a Canal Top SPV Power Plant. The contract type for the tender is a tender, and no NDA Tender or Preferential Bidder will be allowed.
