This investment is part of Borosil Renewables’ strategy to secure a stable renewable power supply for captive consumption, supporting its commitment to sustainability and carbon footprint reduction. Under an exclusive agreement for renewable power procurement,
Borosil Renewables initially acquired a 49 percent stake in CMPPL for INR 49,000 and had committed to an additional investment of INR 17.83 crore in multiple tranches.
