Bokaro Power Supply Invites Bids for Maintenance of 2 MW Solar Project
Bokaro Power Supply Company, a joint venture company of Steel Authority of India Ltd. (SAIL) and Damodar Valley Corporation (DVC), has released a tender for the maintenance of a 2 MW solar plant in Bokaro steel city, Jharkhand.

Bokaro Power Supply Company (P) Ltd. (BPSCL), a joint venture company of Steel Authority of India Ltd. (SAIL) and Damodar Valley Corporation (DVC), situated in Bokaro Steel City, Jharkhand has recently floated a tender for the maintenance of a 2 MW solar plant.
The estimated cost for the project is INR 52,11,450 and the contract period is two years from the date of commencement of work.
The last date for submission of bids is October 10, 2024 till 12:00 PM. Bids will be opened at 12:15 PM on October 11, 2024.
Although there is no bid document fee, the bidder needs to submit Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of INR 1,00,000.
According to the tender document, the bidder should have experience of having completed execution, erection and commissioning/maintenance contract of solar PV-based plant having minimum installed capacity of 2 MW or more in India during last seven years ending the last day of month previous to the one in which offers are invited.
Further, the contract value of such executed work should be minimum INR 18.24 Lakhs for one similar completed work. For two or three similar completed work the minimum contract value should be INR 10.42 Lakhs and INR 7.81 Lakhs respectively.
As for the financial eligibility, the bidder should have minimum average annual turnover (MAT) of INR 7.81 Lakhs in preceding three consecutive financial years.
