The project entails the installation of inverters for the GACL 15 MW Solar PV Project located in Patan district, Gujarat.
Bidders seek to carefully validate and go through the specifications, scope of work etc. and look for clarifications, if needed, to ascertain that they have understood the specifications and scope of work.
Such clarifications should be observed recently before five days before the due date for the submission of complete offers.
The terms and conditions include that price quoted by the bidder shall not be permitted to change on their not understanding scope.
Any particulars or ambiguities shall be looked after by the vendor before submitting the offer.
