BGR Tech, Chemie Tech Join Hands for Large-Scale Green Hydrogen and Ammonia Projects
BGR Tech and Chemie Tech have signed an agreement to jointly execute large-scale green hydrogen and ammonia projects globally, combining advanced manufacturing, engineering, and EPC expertise for clean energy solutions.

In a strategic move aimed at accelerating the deployment of green hydrogen and ammonia infrastructure globally, BGR Tech Ltd., a firm dealing in oil and gas process equipment and green hydrogen technologies, has signed a Heads of Agreement (HOA) with Chemie Tech DMCC (CTDMCC), a renowned global EPC and project development company.
The agreement, which sets the foundation for collaboration on multi-megawatt green hydrogen and ammonia projects worldwide, was signed by Priyadershini Raghupathy, Managing Director of BGR Tech Ltd., and M.K. Saiyed, Chairman and Managing Director of Chemie Tech DMCC. The signing ceremony was attended by Shandar S.M. Zaidi, Director, Green Hydrogen and Ammonia, CTDMCC.
Under the partnership, BGR Tech Ltd. will provide critical components such as electrolysers, purification systems, and related engineering solutions. Drawing on its extensive expertise in manufacturing and integrating clean energy technologies, BGR Tech will play a key role in the technology and equipment supply chain.
Chemie Tech will lead the project execution with responsibilities encompassing the entire value chain from concept to commissioning. This includes Front-End Engineering Design (FEED), Final Investment Decision (FID) support, licensing partnerships, detailed design and engineering, Balance of Plant (BOP) integration, construction, erection, commissioning, and Operations & Maintenance (O&M) services.
