Azure Power Appoints Harsh Shah as Chief Executive Officer
Azure Power Global Limited announced that Mr. Harsh Shah will be joining as the Chief Executive Officer, effective July 1, 2022.

Mr. Harsh Shah will join Azure Power Global Limited as Chief Executive Officer from July 2022.
Mr. Shah was formerly the CEO of IndiGrid, the country's first and largest Infrastructure Investment Trust (InvIT) in the electricity industry. It owns, runs, and manages $3 billion in power transmission networks and renewable energy assets. He has also worked at Sterlite Power and IndiGrid as the Chief Financial Officer.
Azure Power Global Limited is a major independent renewable energy solutions provider and renewable power generator in India.

Azure develops and runs some of India's largest grid-scale renewable energy projects, offering renewable energy to government utilities as well as private industrial and commercial users. The company owns a portfolio of 7.4 GWs in India, with 2.9 GWs of operational capacity.
