ATG, AJB, and Nippon Join Forces for UAE's Hattem Solar Power Plant

Renewable energy companies, ATG and AJB Investment, have unveiled a strategic partnership with Japanese solar energy solutions provider Nippon Energy to spearhead the development of the Hattem Solar Power Plant in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
This collaboration marks a significant stride towards the UAE's commitment to sustainability, coinciding with its role as the host of the 28th Conference of the Parties (COP28) to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) in 2023.
Anticipated to generate approximately 4,867 GWh of clean energy annually, equivalent to powering over 400,000 homes, the Hattem Solar Power Plant aligns with the UAE's ambitious target of sourcing 40 percent of its electricity from renewable sources by 2030. The project is slated for completion in 2024.
