ArcVera Renewables Appoints Dan Bernadett as Global Director of Wind Engineering

ArcVera Renewables, a leading provider of consulting and technical services for wind, solar and energy storage projects, has appointed Dan Bernadett as its new Global Director of Wind Engineering.
 
Prior to joining ArcVera Renewables, Bernadett was associated with UL Renewables, and before that AWS Truepower, where he held titles such as Chief Engineer and Global Service Line Leader for power performance testing. 
 
Bernadett’s considerable experience and the huge respect he commands in the industry would be instrumental in supporting ArcVera as it rapidly scales in all wind project services segments including resource assessment, technical and financial engineering, power performance testing, component failure root cause analysis, and project optimization and repowering. 
 
Dan Bernadett is joining ArcVera after leading UL's renewable energy power performance testing division, following UL's acquisition of AWS Truepower in 2016. Starting in 1993, Dan was one of the first engineers at AWS Truepower, a company that had specialized in atmospheric science and engineering due diligence for renewable energy development.
 
With decades of wind project experience, Dan has developed advanced techniques for estimating wind farm losses used in wind resource assessment - techniques that ArcVera currently champions.

In recent years, Dan Bernadett has been running the power performance testing division at UL. Dan's group developed a worldwide reputation for high-quality testing services at competitive costs and gained a significant group of satisfied clients.
