Anuj Khanna Joins Transition VC as a Limited Partner

Transition VC has onboarded Anuj Khanna as a Limited Partner. An experienced professional from the Electrical Energy and Power Distribution sector, Khanna will also be joining the Fund’s investment committee as a Sector Expert.

He will be instrumental in the identification, evaluation, and investment consummation for identified target start-ups across sectors including Renewable Technologies, Storage, and Distribution.

Anuj Khanna is a former promoter of C&S Electric Ltd. Over an expansive 22 years of experience to his credit, Khanna led several business units within C&S Electric, encompassing segments such as electromechanical and electronic products, standard components and customized project solutions, Indian and export markets, domestic and overseas manufacturing, mature businesses, and greenfield ventures.

At the Corporate level, he has been involved in initiatives across fundraising, treasury control, project evaluations, joint ventures, acquisitions, divestments, and restructuring. He held the position of the Company’s Managing Director for the last 12 years, prior to its divestment to Siemens Ltd.

Anuj Khanna has also been a member of EO (Entrepreneur's Organisation), wherein he led CII (Confederation of Indian Industries) in Western UP, and served as the chairman of CII's Northern Region Energy Committee.
