ANERT Invites Bids for 1 MWp Solar PV System at Kerala University of Health Sciences, Thrissur

Agency for New and Renewable Energy Research and Technology (ANERT) has issued a tender to select developers to set up 1 MWp grid-connected solar PV system at Kerala University of Health Sciences, Thrissur, Kerala. Bid submission ends on December 6, 2024.

Agency for New and Renewable Energy Research and Technology (ANERT) has floated a tender to select developers for the implementation of 1 MWp grid-connected solar PV system to be installed at Kerala University of Health Sciences, Thrissur, Kerala.

The scope of work includes design, supply, engineering, erection, testing and commissioning of 1 MWp solar PV power plant with grid-connectivity along with 5 years of operation and maintenance under CAPEX model. The estimated value of the tender is INR 4.75 crore.

The bidder needs to pay INR 17,850 as a bid document fee. They also need to furnish INR 1 lakh as an earnest money deposit (EMD). The last date for submission of bids is December 6, 2024.

The bidder should have installed and commissioned at least one grid-connected solar PV power project having a capacity of not less than 1 MW and cumulative capacity of above 5 MW, which should have been commissioned at least 6 months prior to the techno-commercial bid opening date.

As for financial eligibility, the minimum average annual turnover of the bidder should at least be INR 5 crore in any two of the last five financial years preceding the bid deadline subject to the condition that the bidder should at least have completed two financial years. The net worth of the bidder should be equal to or greater than the value calculated at rate of INR 3 crore per MW of capacity offered by the bidder in its bid.
