Amplus Solar Installs First Wind Turbine in Thoothukudi Solar-Wind Hybrid Project

Amplus Solar, a renewable energy company, has announced the successful installation of its inaugural wind turbine at the upcoming solar-wind hybrid project in Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu.
The 2.7 MW wind turbine, manufactured by GE Vernova, serves as the cornerstone of the project, paving the way for the installation of 39 additional turbines. Once completed, the hybrid project will boast a total capacity of 180 MW, with a dedicated wind capacity of 108 MW.
Commenting on this accomplishment, Amplus Solar stated, "We are delighted to reach this significant milestone in our Thoothukudi project.
