AmpIn Energy Transition, a prominent energy transition platform, has entered into a 25-year Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with JCAPCPL (Joint Venture between Tata Steel & Nippon Steel).

This collaboration underlines a significant move as AmpIn Energy Transition commits to supply 2.8 MWp of solar power to JCAPCPL’s Jamshedpur plant.

Ujjal Chakraborti, Managing Director of JCAPCPL, and Pinaki Bhattacharyya, Managing Director and CEO of AmpIn Energy Transition, officially strengthened this transformative treaty, adding up to the initiation of the implementation process.

Under the agreement, AmpIn Energy Transition will build a robust 2.8 MWp solar panel infrastructure for JCAPCPL. This clean energy initiative caters to two purposes—offsetting carbon emissions and reinforcing JCAPCPL’s position as an industry groundbreaker in sustainable practices.
