Both companies will tie up to execute the development of renewable energy and energy storage projects, ascertaining that the process from formation through construction and operation is efficient and coherent.
Agilitas Energy will facilitate engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) skill to the partnership and will cater as a purchaser for Oak Square Partners’ qualified pipeline with a simplified transaction process.
