Ahmedabad-based Advait Energy Transitions, previously known as Advait Infratech, has secured an order for execution of turnkey solutions for a 100 MWac solar project at the Khavda Hybrid Renewable Power Project in Gujarat from Adani Green Energy Six.
The scope of work includes civil works for pile foundation, installation of stub, electrical works, erection of module mounting structure, modules and robotic cleaning system structure, and civil works for IDT Station (fixed tilt system) for the 100 MWac solar project.
The project needs to be completed by approximately 3.5 months, shared the company in a regulatory filing.
In January 2025, Advait Energy Transitions entered into an off-taker memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Haryana City Gas Distribution (Bhiwadi) Ltd. for setting up a 2,000 MTPA green hydrogen plant. As part of the agreement, the company will be providing turnkey EPC solutions and supplying 15 MW electrolysers and BOP system for the green hydrogen plant. It will also provide comprehensive operation and maintenance service for the plant for one year from the commissioning of the facility.
The company also received a letter of award (LoA) from Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI) for product-linked incentive (PLI) for setting up 200 MW alkaline electrolyser manufacturing in India under SIGHT Scheme Tranche-ll.
In January 2025, the company secured an order from Karnataka Renewable Energy Development to integrate 40,000 off-grid solar pumps with SCADA software under the PM KUSUM Component 'B' scheme.
Established in 2009, Advait Energy Transitions offers products and end-to-end solutions for power transmission, substation, and telecommunication infrastructure. The company has diversified into renewable energy in 2023 through its subsidiaries A&G Hydrogen Technologies, Advait Greenergy and Advait Energy Holdings.
“The company specialises in stringing tools, ACS wire manufacturing, OPGW operations, ERS, turnkey telecom projects, live line installations, green energy, Alkaline and PEM electrolyser systems, fuel cell systems, hydrogen refuelling station (HRS), hydrogen blending system, and hydrogen storage units, insulators, conductors, transmission line towers, stringing tools, power transmission, and substation services,” the company mentioned.
