Adani Group Plans to Secure Around USD 800 Million for Funding Green Projects

Adani group is planning to have talks with global banks to conclude the final deal for procurement of finance.

Adani group is planning to have talks with global banks containing Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corp., DBS Bank Ltd., Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group and Standard Chartered Plc. to conclude the final deal for procurement of finance.

Adani Group is intending to secure around USD 800 million for new green energy projects.

The size of the funding could range from around USD 700 million to USD 800 million.

Adani Group is a multifarious organisation in India including 7 publicly traded firms. The group is headquartered in Ahmedabad, in Gujarat, India.

Sumitomo Mitsui Financial Group,Inc.  was established in December 2, 2002 and based in Tokyo, Japan. The firm deals in banking operations, facilitates a wide range of banking, credit card, leasing, information, investment securities, as well as other financial services.

DBS bank is supporting in investments or in business or trade, and a bank which will help in assisting and obtaining the transactions for business deals.

Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group is running from over 360 years and delivered through a global network reaching 50+ countries & regions.

Standard Chartered having 83,000 employees and availability in 59 economies, and network serves customers in more than 120 markets globally.

The entity would likely to support the enormous shift towards sustainable finance, which has become a priority factor for investors, companies and individuals.
