Adani Green Energy Commissions 112.5 MW Solar and 62.4 Wind Power Projects at Khavda, Gujarat

Adani Green Energy Ltd. (AGEL) has commissioned a 112.5 MW solar project and a 62.4 MW wind component of its hybrid project in Khavda, Gujarat, raising its total operational renewable capacity to 11,608.9 MW.

Adani Green Energy Ltd. (AGEL) has announced the commissioning of 112.5 MW solar power project and a 62.4 MW wind power component of its wind-solar hybrid project at Khavda, Gujarat. With commissioning of these plants, AGEL’s total operational renewable generation capacity has increased to 11,608.9 MW.

Adani Renewable Energy Forty Eight Ltd, a step-down subsidiary of Adani Green Energy Ltd. (AGEL) has commissioned a 62.4 MW wind power component of its wind-solar hybrid project at Khavda, Gujarat, the company shared in an exchange filing.

It further added that Adani Green Energy Twenty Four A Ltd., a step-down subsidiary of AGEL, has commissioned a 112.5 MW solar power project at Khavda, Gujarat.

In a separate filing the company has announced the incorporation of Adani Green Energy Sixty Eight Ltd. (AGE68L) as a step-down subsidiary.

“Adani Renewable Energy Holding Nine Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary, namely, Adani Green Energy Sixty Eight Ltd. (AGE68L) on December 28, 2024,” informed the company in the filing.

It further highlighted that the main objective of AGE68L is to generate, develop, transform, distribute, transmit, sale, supply any kind of power or electrical energy using wind energy, solar energy or other renewable sources of energy.
