Government Launches National Electricity Plan (Transmission)
Union Minister for Power and Housing and Urban Affairs Manohar Lal has unveiled the National Electricity Plan (Transmission) during the CEA's Brainstorming Conclave in New Delhi, outlining plans to transmit 500 GW of renewable energy by 2030, and 600 GW by 2032, along with significant infrastructure additions.

Mini Secretariat at Gurugram Adopted 100% Solar
The mini secretariat at Gurugram become totally solar, with a 100kV solar power plant on the roof providing electricity to the entire building. Officials claim that the measure will save them roughly 15% on electricity and minimise carbon dioxide emissions.
