7 Solar Projects to Generate 72 MW of Power by December 2025: Himachal Pradesh CM
Himachal Pradesh CM Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu announced that by December 2025, the state will harness 72 MW of solar power from seven projects. He emphasised on the state’s commitment to becoming India’s first ‘Green Energy’ state by 2026.

HP CM Inaugurates 750 kW Solar Power Project at Dharamshala
Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu inaugurated a 750 kW solar power project, the first such project at Dharamshala, in Kangra district. Built at a cost of about INR 4.74 crore and spanning 8,500 square meters of land, this project will generate approximately 2,000 units of electricity daily.
