Godrej Industries to Procure Hybrid RE Power from CleanMax in Gujarat

Godrej Industries Ltd. (GIL) has partnered with Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions (CleanMax) to procure hybrid renewable energy for its Valia, Gujarat factory, acquiring a 26 percent stake in the Clean Max Kaze SPV. Further investment of up to INR 7.59 crore by January 2025 is planned.

Sembcorp Signs PPA with Equinix to Supply 58.5 MWp Solar Power in Singapore

Sembcorp Industries' subsidiary, Sembcorp Power, has signed a 15-year renewable energy PPA with Equinix to supply up to 58.5 MWp from its renewable energy portfolio in Singapore, starting in 2029. With this, the total contracted renewable energy capacity with Equinix increases to 133.5 MWp.

HLE Glascoat to Procure 5.61 MW Wind-Solar Hybrid Power from CleanMax

Gujarat-based HLE Glascoat, a manufacturer of process equipment for the chemical and pharmaceutical industries, has partnered with Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions to procure captive wind-solar hybrid power. It has acquired a 26 percent stake in a CleanMax SPV developing a 2.31 MWp solar and 3.3 MW wind project in Gujarat.
